The highlight of the day be white Valrhona chocolate balls made with ginseng-infused Sichuan baijiu, available at OPEN and DYG.
You can also indulge in the OPEN buffet lunch and dinner and try more baijiu-inspired cuisine, from stewed mussels to braised chicken wings to panna cotta, all by chef Wei Siang Bong. (See poster for details.)
And, says GM Chris Roberts, for those who prefer a liquid diet, there will be baijiu-based cocktails by the mixology team at Canton Lounge.
