World Baijiu Day Mission

Baijiu is the planet’s most-consumed spirit but little-known beyond China. World Baijiu Day, on August 9, aims to change that by teaming with restaurants, bars and consumers and producers in dozen of cities to share everything from baijiu-inspired cocktails, infusions and liqueurs to pizza, beer and chocolate to quizzes, classes and flights.
