In what I think I can safely say is a childhood dream fulfilled, creative director Glenn Schuitman of home furnishings and event space Pop-Up Beijing has announced that the venue will host a pop-up baijiu bar on August 8.
To celebrate the news, we had an informal baijiu tasting earlier this week, with the fragrance of five bottles of Yi Mu Quan (一亩泉) and Jiang Xiang He (将相和) wafting among antique furniture, custom-made pillows and candelabra.
